Millrose Center is a licensed, private organization that offers person-centered individualized skills socialization services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Located in a home environment in a quiet neighborhood in Garland, our facility delivers activities and training in functional living skills. Services are delivered according to individuals’ goals and objectives, and foster individual independence to enhance each person’s overall quality of life.
Our experienced staff of talented professionals have the education and skills necessary to meet the unique needs of each of our clients. To ensure that each of our clients receives the direct, hands-on attention they need, we maintain a low client to staff ratio at all times.
Millrose Center provides individualized skills socialization services to adults, age 18 and older, who have been diagnosed with a wide range of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our clients have disabilities including, but not limited to: Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy and traumatic brain injuries.
Our service offerings are designed to meet each of our clients’ unique needs. While our focus is on providing a meaningful learning environment, we are also equipped to manage the high-level of personal care many of our clients require, including assistance with feeding, toileting, and positioning.
